Nova Support Group is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We have full-time, part-time, and contract positions available to suit your lifestyle and availability.
As a Support Worker, you’ll assist participants with disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll provide practical and emotional support — making a real difference every day.
Provide personal care, domestic support, and assistance with daily activities.
Support participants to access the community, appointments, and recreational programs.
Encourage independence and skill-building in all areas of life.
Follow care plans in line with each participant’s NDIS goals.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
Promote respect, inclusion, and dignity at all times.
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred).
A kind, patient, and professional approach to care.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (advantageous).
